Hype Partners is primarily remote culture with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe.

As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a campaign lead to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

We are looking for a Campaign Lead - a driven crypto-native who is ready to employ unorthodox and unique approaches to marketing top projects in the space. Being a Campaign Lead means overseeing a small team of campaign experts, brainstorming creative ways to engage crypto audiences and presenting the solutions to the clients of Hype. Campaign Leads in Hype have a high degree of authority over decisions and are very welcome to propose and implement new ideas.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 2-4 people to deliver high quality creative campaigns to the clients

  • Coming up with unique campaign ideas to get the attention of the crypto community

  • Conducting research of the existing campaign activities of the clients and across the industry`

  • Conducting full competitors audit and analysis of the market best practices

  • Helping the leading crypto and web3 projects achieve their community/marketing goals through unorthodox marketing strategies

  • Organizing more efficient processes for the team and the whole department

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in marketing and marketing research

  • Crypto-native, good understanding of tech and culture

  • Driven, great at self-organization

  • Creative approach, ability to incorporate practices from different industries and fields
