Job description

We are seeking a Community Manager with deep experience in managing discord and telegram groups for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency projects. This role will be a core part of our dynamic marketing team, and sits in the Community team reporting to the Head of Community. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true "degen" - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in community management roles.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing client’s Telegram/ Discord Channels (including announcements)
  • Manager and clearing spam, being responsive and helping other community members with their questions.
  • Manage members’ experience and day-to-day communication.
  • Reporting back to the client and marketing teams main sentiments in the community. 


Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years experience in DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
  • Experience in Community Management, Telegram, Twitter, Discord
  • Strong time management and readily available
  • Resourceful and proactive
  • You are fascinated by blockchain technology and decentralized finance
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and industry
  • Command of spoken/written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
  • Love of memes
  • High energy
