What You'll Do


Campaign Development: Conceptualise and execute innovative digital campaigns that resonate with blockchain communities and drive brand growth.

Brand Development: Shape and oversee the development of compelling, cohesive brand identities for blockchain projects that resonate with target audiences.

Motion Design & Video Editing: Lead the creation of dynamic motion graphics and video content that align with brand identities and connect with blockchain communities across social media and emerging digital platforms. This includes editing video assets for campaigns, social media, and emerging digital platforms.

Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, presenting creative concepts and strategies that align with their objectives.

Creative Leadership: Drive the visual direction of all creative projects, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and alignment with the ethos of Crypto.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers, to bring creative visions to life.

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in Crypto, AI, and blockchain, ensuring that our creative outputs are cutting-edge and culturally relevant.

Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of quality for all visual outputs, from initial concept through to final execution, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or similar role in a digital agency or in-house creative team.

  • Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects. A deep understanding and passion for crypto culture, including its trends and communities.

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning campaigns, particularly in digital, Web3, or blockchain contexts.

  • Mastery of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant tools.

  • Expertise in motion design and video editing, with proficiency in software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.

  • Strong remote collaboration skills, able to thrive in a globally distributed team with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.

Nice to Have

AI Tools: Experience with or a keen interest in emerging AI creative tools, with a passion for exploring how AI can enhance creative processes.
