Hype Partners is the Web3 Super Agency with 150 team members across 35 countries. We supercharge the leading Web3 ecosystems through cutting-edge community, creative, and marketing campaigns.

We are embarking on a structured plan for agency growth. We have built a confident but realizable plan to expand our customer footprint and improve the value delivered to every client. We aim to achieve excellence for our existing and future clients by bringing our differentiated value proposition to market. We seek a Sales Operations professional to streamline our sales process at every stage of the sales funnel.

Hype’s business team is the driving force of the agency. This role will be responsible for qualifying leads, identifying buyer needs, coordinating our proposed solutions, and securing long-term contracts. As a Head of New Business, you will be expected to build processes that deliver efficiency at every stage of the sales funnel from driving opportunities through the business from marketing and demand generation to contract conclusion and onboarding. You manage the sales team to consistently improve and scale operations enabling them to drive growth for the agency.


In the short term, you will develop our sales funnel. You will work to scale our sales process and team in the medium and long term. This is a hugely exciting and unique opportunity for a top sales professional to leap into the Web3 space. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a structured refresh of our sales processes and materials to set Hype up to scale the sales function.


  • Build a process for sales qualification

  • Prioritise leads and schedule sales calls to be taken with the appropriate team members

  • Build a workflow for managing key sales tasks 

  • Work with the client services team to challenge (where appropriate) and support proposals and pitch decks

  • Establish an effective, process-driven means of supporting the CEO, MD, and other key sales and CS staff with landing new business in the right shape


Identify, qualify and create new opportunities across the agency:


  • Build a sales process that integrates Hype Agency, Hype Talent, and Hype Metaverse

  • Developing strategies and campaigns to sell across our client database

  • Consult with internal teams to understand upsell opportunities


Grow the sales function:


  • Build out the sales team

  • Train team leads on working with sales to spot opportunities

  • Grow revenue by 30% across the agency

Job requirements

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in new business 

  • Knowledge or experience working for an agency 

  • Demonstrable track record of growing a successful sales operation within a fast-growing organisation

  • Track record of working with executive teams

  • Understanding and ability to evidence the use of data and insight as a lever and differentiator in sales opportunities

  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate Hype’s skills and functionality, use cases, as well as business and technical elements

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company where change is a constant

  • Highly driven individual with an exemplary work ethic

  • A strong desire to quickly understand and grow high-level knowledge of our industry


Perks include

Salary $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience

Opportunity for 20% quarterly bonus if key targets are met
