• Research, outline, and write new content to meet client objectives, working collaboratively with various teams within the agency to understand project requirements.

• Take ownership of the accuracy of content produced and fact-check with technical subject matter experts as required.

• Conceptualise original, out-of-the-box, differentiated content ideas to help clients stand out.

• Distil technical subject matter into simple, straightforward, and clear language that can be readily understood.
