What you'll do 

Lead Creative Campaigns

Oversee the conceptualization and execution of innovative digital campaigns that resonate deeply with blockchain and Web3 communities, driving brand engagement and growth.

Brand Strategy & Development

Shape and evolve strong, cohesive brand identities for Web3 projects, ensuring they resonate with their target audiences and reflect the ethos of the crypto world.

Creative Direction for Motion & Video

Lead teams in producing dynamic motion graphics and engaging video content, ensuring alignment with brand identities across social media and emerging digital platforms. Oversee video editing for campaigns and digital platforms to captivate audiences.

Client Collaboration

Partner closely with clients to understand their vision and strategic goals, presenting innovative creative concepts that align with their objectives and drive impact.

Creative Leadership & Vision

Set the visual direction for all creative projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and maintaining alignment with Web3's culture and values.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work collaboratively with teams across design, copywriting, strategy, and development to deliver cohesive and powerful creative visions.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

Stay ahead of emerging trends in Web3, blockchain, AI, and digital innovation, ensuring that all creative outputs remain at the forefront of industry trends and culture.

Quality Assurance

Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative work, from initial ideation to final delivery, with an unwavering attention to detail.

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or in a similar leadership role within a digital agency or in-house creative team.

• Proven experience with Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects. Deep understanding of crypto culture, its communities, and its evolving trends.

• A standout portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead and produce visually stunning campaigns, especially within digital, Web3, or blockchain contexts.

• Experience with emerging AI creative tools, with a passion for exploring how AI can enhance creative processes.

• Mastery of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

• Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion/video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).

• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills, especially in remote, globally distributed settings.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
